# Delete a report

You can delete a table's common reports only if you have full administrative permission for that table.

To delete a common report:

1. Open the table with the report that you want to delete.
2. Select **REPORTS & CHARTS**, then select **Organize**.
3. Hover the mouse cursor over the report name.
4. Select the report controls arrow (![report controls arrow icon](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/reportcontrols_icon.png)), then select the delete icon (![delete icon](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/deleteicon.png)) that appears.
5. Confirm the action by selecting **Delete Report** on the dialog that displays.

> [!NOTE]
> Note: When you delete a report, all subscriptions for the report are also deleted.

You can also delete an individual report while editing the settings for the report. When customizing an existing report, you can choose to delete the report from the settings page. Also, if the report has any existing subscriptions, a dialog appears confirming the deletion of the report and its subscriptions.
