# Email sets of users

Need to email some or all of the users associated with your account? You can download a file with the email addresses you want to use and paste the list into your email program.

To email users:

1. [Access the Manage Billing Account page](/v1/docs/access-the-account-summary-page).
2. On the Account Summary page, from the **More** dropdown at the top right of the page, select **Email Users**.
3. Select an option to select the list of users you want to email.
  - Users with access to specific **apps**. Select the dropdown and select the app(s) whose users you want to email.
  - All **app managers**
  - All **app admins** (includes app managers)
  - All **users with access**.
4. Select **Download file**.

A text file containing the email addresses you selected will be saved to your default downloads folder.
