Troubleshooting custom emails

Emails that failed to send

To troubleshoot why an email failed to send, open a support case. In the support case, be sure to include the email ID provided in the error email sent to the app manager and notification owner.

If you need help understanding why an email that is sent is missing content, or any other issue with the email, open a support case

In the support case, include the x-quickbase-notify-id found in the email header.

Use the following resources to learn how to view the header in the email:

Tip

The email ID must come from the original email. If you have someone forward you an email with an issue, the ID won't be there.
