# Keyboard commands for grid reports

Use the following commands to perform key actions in grid reports with your keyboard.

## Navigate cells

| **Action** | **Windows** | **Mac** |

| Navigate cells (in view or edit mode) | **Arrow keys** or **Tab** (next) **Shift** + **Tab** (back) | **Arrow keys** or **Tab** (next) **Shift** + **Tab** (back) |

## Edit and add data
