# Prevent application managers from granting access to everyone on the internet access

Quickbase provides the ability to [share an app with the entire Internet](/v1/docs/sharing-apps-publicly). As a Billing Account Manager, you can enable or disable this feature.

To prevent an Application Manager from granting public access to an application:

1. [Access the Manage Billing Account page](/v1/docs/access-the-account-summary-page).
2. On the right side of the page, choose the **More** menu, then choose **Edit Account Properties**.

Here is an example of the More menu:

3. On the **Account Summary** page, de-select the **Allow Public Apps** checkbox:

4. Select **Apply Changes** at the bottom of the page.
