# Print a chart

Sometimes you need a chart for a presentation, or just to have a pretty picture on your wall demonstrating how much you and your team are accomplishing. Here's how to print a Quickbase chart.

To print a chart report:

1. Display the chart report. If the chart is on an app Home page, see the next section.
2. Select **Print**on the Page bar. A print preview window displays.
3. Select the print options that you want, then follow the browser's prompts to print the chart.

To print a chart from an app Home page:

1. Display the page containing the chart.
2. Select the icon in the upper right corner of the chart (![Output options icon](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/output_options.png)).
3. Choose **Print** from the menu. A print preview window displays.
4. Select the print options you want, then follow the browser's prompts to print the chart.

To print a chart to a file:

1. Display the chart report.
2. Select the icon in the upper right corner of the chart (![Output options icon](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/output_options.png)).
3. Choose the type of file to print to: PNG, JPEG, or SVG.
4. Follow the browser's prompts (if any) to save the file.
