# Quickbase Pipelines Agent connections

This section details using the Quickbase Pipelines Agent to connect to various Pipelines channels.

## Connect to Jira

To connect your Jira channel to the On-Premises Agent, select the **Proxy connection via On-Premises Agent** checkbox:

## Generic channels

Generic channel can be used to make calls to any HTTP services, such as Webhooks, JSON, or CSV. This section details how to connect your channel to the On-Premises Agent.

### Webhooks channel

To connect your Webhooks channel to the On-Premises Agent, select **Yes** from the **Proxy connection via On-Premises Agent** list:

### JSON channel

To connect your JSON channel to the On-Premises Agent, select **Yes** from the **Proxy connection via On-Premises Agent** list:
