When you sign up to use Quickbase, you create a user account. Each user is in charge of their own user account.
You can access any app that a billing account grants you permission to use. Billing accounts pay for users who access their apps. Learn more about how accounts are billed.
Quickbase uses your email address to identify you and determine which apps and data you can access. You can have multiple user profiles connected to a single user account. Learn more about managing multiple user accounts.
Change your email address
You can change the email address associated with your account. When you change your email address, Quickbase sends a confirmation message to the new address. Select the link in that email to verify your new address.
Important
Do not create a new account for your new email address. If you create a separate user account under a new email address, you won’t have access to the same apps.
If your company’s email domain changes, for example, from @example.com to @acme.com, each user must update their own email address once the new address is active.
To update your email, edit your user preferences.
Note
If you make a typo when entering your new email address and can’t sign in to Quickbase, contact Quickbase Support for help.
