# View the permissions list for an application

Billing Account administrators may view the list of users who have been granted access to a particular application. However, they are not able to make any changes to the permissions list, unless they have been given administrative rights access to the application.

To view the list of users who have access to a particular application:

1. [Access the Manage Billing Account page](/v1/docs/access-the-account-summary-page).
2. Select the **Apps** tab.
3. In the **App Name** column, select the link for the application that you want to view the permissions list for, and then select **View Users** (on certain service plans, this link is named **Manage Users**).
