# View connected table details

View **Details** about the connected table, including the connected data source, connection owner, connected fields, filter, and schedule for the connected table.

If you're the connection owner, you can also [edit the connection filter](/v1/docs/filtering-data-to-connect-in-a-connected-table) to display a different set of records, [add new connected fields,](/v1/docs/add-more-connected-fields)[remove connected fields](/v1/docs/deleting-a-field), change the [refresh schedule](/v1/docs/refresh-a-connected-table), or [switch to use a different connection](/v1/docs/switching-connections).

From here, you can also access a **History** of recent refreshes, edits to filters and schedules, and [troubleshooting information](/v1/docs/troubleshoot-connected-table-refresh-errors).

To view connected table details:

1. Access the connected table.
2. Select **Settings**, then select the **connection**, for example, *Salesforce connection*.
3. Select the **Details** tab to view the following information:

| Data source | Name of the data source that this table is connected to; for example, *Salesforce.com*. |
| --- | --- |
| Connection | The name of the connection this table is using and the connection owner. If necessary, app admins can [switch the connected table to use a different connection](/v1/docs/switching-connections). |
| Connect to | The name of the table in the service that is connected, for example, *Opportunities*. If you want to turn a connected table into a regular table, select the **Disconnect table** option to permanently disconnect this connected table. The table's data and relationships will be retained, but the table will no longer be a connected table and can't be reconnected later. |
| Connected fields | The number of connected fields in the table. Select **View fields** to view the connected fields. Like all Quickbase tables, connected tables automatically include 5 built-in Quickbase fields: Date Created, Date Modified, Record ID#, Record Owner, and Last Modified By. |
| Filter | Displays the connection filter used to create and refresh the table. Select **Edit filter** to [set or change the filter](/v1/docs/filtering-data-to-connect-in-a-connected-table). |
| Refresh options | Shows how and when the table refreshes. Indicates whether email is sent if there's a problem refreshing the table. Select **Edit options** to [change the refresh options or schedule](/v1/docs/refresh-a-connected-table). |

To view a history of recent refreshes, edits to filters and schedules, and troubleshooting information:

1. Access the connected table.
2. Select **Settings**, then select the **connection**, for example, *Salesforce connection*.
3. Select the **History** tab.

> [!TIP]
> Tip: If there was a problem refreshing the table, select the error message to access [troubleshooting tips](/v1/docs/troubleshoot-connected-table-refresh-errors).

## View, test, or delete your connections

To view **details about your connection** and [test](/v1/docs/testing-connections), [change](/v1/docs/switching-connections), or [delete](/v1/docs/deleting-a-connection) connections, select the user dropdown on the Global bar, then select **My preferences**. Your connections display in the **My Connections** area.
