# Download a single report

Download a default, generic report of a form submission in your desired format (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, XML, or JSON). To download a report:

1. 2. You can download a report through one of these two methods:
  - Select the **checkbox** next to the submission(s) you want to download. Then, select the green **Download** button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  - Identify the submission you want to download and select the **Actions** button. 3. Select your desired **file type** to start the download.
