# Download submission JSON

## Overview

The JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) of a form submission can help you better integrate data with other tools/platforms and can provide you with a clear, concise representation of your form data.

## How to view the JSON of a submission

1. 2. Find the submission you are looking for using the search bar or applying [filters](/fastfield/docs/form-filters) to the submission list.
3. 4.
