# Edit user access

Here you will be able to see the unique information to each user, such as their last login, role, and if they have two-factor authentication enabled.

To edit a user's access, select the **action button**. Next, select the **edit** option.

You will then load the user details screen. From here, select the **roles** tab.

From the **roles** tab, you can toggle switches to determine the amount of access that the user has by assigning it the proper roles. When you have assigned the correct roles, make sure to select Save in the top right corner. Learn more about user [roles and permissions](/fastfield/docs/user-roles).
