Check your spam/junk folders. Sometimes your mail can be pushed into your junk and spam folders.
If you think your emails are getting blocked, you can try adding sendgrid.net and sendgrid.com to your list of white-listed email servers.
Additionally, you can also whitelist our dedicated sending IP address: 192.254.122.128.
