# Email delivery troubleshooting

Occasionally our users run into issues with either emails not getting delivered or FTP / SFTP integration not going through. The following troubleshooting tips can help you get started.

## Troubleshooting tips

1. Check your spam/junk folders. Sometimes your mail can be pushed into your junk and spam folders.
2. If you think your emails are getting blocked, you can try adding [sendgrid.net](http://sendgrid.net/) and [sendgrid.com](http://sendgrid.com/) to your list of white-listed email servers.
3. Additionally, you can also whitelist our dedicated sending IP address: 192.254.122.128.
