To locate a form that you've already built or started to build:
Go to Forms > My Forms in the left navigation menu of the portal.
Select Forms if you are looking for a main form or Subforms if you are looking for a subform.
You can now use any of the following options to find your form:
Use the search bar at the top of the page.
Filter (in table/list view) by selecting a column heading.
Still can't find what you're looking for? Try the main search bar at the top of the left navigation menu.
