# Find existing forms

To locate a form that you've already built or started to build:

1. Go to **Forms** > **My Forms** in the left navigation menu of the portal.

2. Select **Forms** if you are looking for a main form or **Subforms** if you are looking for a subform.
3. You can now use any of the following options to find your form:
  - Use the **search bar** at the top of the page.
  - **Filter** (in table/list view) by selecting a column heading.
