# Find your Quickbase user token

Quickbase [User Tokens](https://helpv2.quickbase.com/hc/en-us/articles/4570308783380-User-Tokens-) are created by realm admins to enhance integration security.

To find your user token or to generate a new one:

1. Go to Quickbase and select your Quickbase user name in the top-right corner.
2. Select **Profile**.

3. Go to Manage User Tokens and select **Manage my user tokens for...**
4. Find an existing user token or generate a new user token for the app you want to connect to in FastField.

From here, use this user token to set up an integration in FastField.
