FastField offers ready-made sample forms you can copy into your account and change to fit your work. This article covers how to import a sample form and open it in the Form Builder.
How sample forms work
When you import a sample form, FastField adds a copy of it to your forms list. The copy is yours to edit. Changes you make don't affect the original sample.
Sample forms are grouped by category, such as feedback, inspections, and reviews.
Note
An imported sample form counts toward the number of forms your account can have.
Import a sample form
In the portal, go to Forms > My Forms.
Select New Form, then select Import a Sample Form.

The New Form menu with Import a Sample Form selected
Select the sample form you want.

Important
The import starts as soon as you select a sample form. There's no confirmation step.
When the import finishes, select Form Builder.
The sample form opens in the Form Builder. Review it, change what you need, and then select Publish to release it to your team.
Tip
To start from your own paper form instead, use the options Upload PDF or Take a Photo on the Form Builder start screen. To start from a description, select Describe your form.
