This article covers how to add an Acknowledgment field, write its statement, and change its button text. ## How the Acknowledgment field works An Acknowledgment field shows a statement and a button. Users tap the button to confirm they've read and agree to the statement. They can't submit the form until they do. For example, a work order can ask technicians to confirm that they followed all safety procedures. After they tap **I Agree**, the button changes to *Agreed*. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/ack-04-preview-after.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-30T01%3A33%3A08Z&se=2026-10-30T02%3A33%3A08Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=sqies4jiIpyqxgdcqs89ZnpXQr4ioycZECD4FwvpZxs%3D) Use the Acknowledgment field to confirm users have read things such as: - Safety procedures - Contracts and terms - Policies and guidelines ## Add an Acknowledgment field 1.
