This article covers how to add a Single Photo field, set how photos are captured, and configure its settings. ## How the Single Photo field works A Single Photo field shows a Take Photo button in the FastField mobile app. The user takes a photo with the camera or picks one from the photo library. The app adds it to the submission. For example, a work order can ask for a *Before Photo* of the equipment. In the Form Builder, select **Add Fields** in the side bar. 2. Under Multimedia, select **Single Photo** to add it after the selected field. In **Field Label**, enter the question users see, for example *Before Photo*. 2. Turn on **Allow Camera**, **Allow Photo Library**, or both, to choose where users can get the photo. A new field allows the camera only. 3. In **Quality**, choose **Jpg Normal**, **Jpg Medium**, **Jpg High**, or **PNG**. 4. Enter that field's key | | General | Photo Overlay Date/Time Stamp | Places the date and time the photo was taken on top of the photo | | General | Max Height (px) and Max Width (px) | Resizes photos so they're no larger than these sizes, in pixels | | General | Image Name | Names the image file for downloads and workflow delivery. You can include field keys wrapped in `$`, for example `$repairType$ photo` | | General | Required Field | Users must add a photo before they can submit the form | | Behavior | Hide Field | Hides the field in the app | | Behavior | Hide Field Label | Shows the field without its label | | Behavior | Exclude From Reports | Leaves the photo out of reports. It stays in the submission data | | Behavior | Exclude Sync | Leaves the photo out of the submission data and reports | | Behavior | Enabled | When off, the field is grayed out and users can't add a photo | | Behavior | Capture GPS Location | Records the GPS coordinates from when the field was last changed | | Behavior | Capture Timestamp | Records the date and time the field was last changed | | Behavior | AI Photo Insights | Lets users run AI analysis on the photo and get structured results. Shows only if your account has AI Photo Insights | | Appearance | Background Color | Gives the field a color. Users see them after you select **Publish**. ## Set up the field with the Assistant You can also ask the Assistant to add a Single Photo field or change its settings. 1. Select **Assistant** in the side bar. 2. Describe what you want, for example *Add a single photo field called Before Photo after Description. Turn on annotation and set the quality to Jpg High*. 3.
