Overview
A PDF report of a submission can be emailed directly from the FastField mobile app. This means a user in the field has the ability to send generic reports without having to log in to the FastField Portal. The PDF report can be emailed or sent via a messaging service or other channel on your device.
Note
You can only send PDF reports from the app. If you wish to download the reports in other media formats, go to the FastField Portal > Data tab.
The following steps vary slightly depending on whether you are using Android or iOS, but they are very similar. We will use iOS in the following examples.
Log in to the app and go to the Submitted tab.
Select the submission that you'd like to email. You can use the search bar to help you find the form you are looking for.
Select PDF Report.
Once the PDF comes up, select the Share button (in the top right corner for iOS).
From this screen, you can email your PDF report or choose another available sharing method. It is best if you have your email set up on your device to do this.
