# How to export multiple submissions to Excel

## Overview

On the Submissions page, you can export multiple submissions to Excel at the same time. This will create a single folder that will contain all of your downloaded Excel reports in separate subfolders. This method saves you time if you have multiple reports to export, since you do not have to repeat the steps each time. You can export multiple submissions to Excel by following a few simple steps. To avoid confusion, however, it's important to first clarify the meanings of *form* and *submission*.

- **form**—what users use to fill out and collect data; created in the Form Builder
- **submission**—the data from a form that has been submitted by a user

1. Log into the **FastField Portal**.
2. Navigate to the **Data & Analytics** tab on the left navigation panel and select **Submissions**.
3. Filter your submissions to a single form, either by **searching** for the form at the top of the page or using the **Filter** button.
4. **Check the boxes** next to the submissions that you would like to export.
5.
