How to recover a deleted form

To recover a deleted form or subform:

  1. Go to Account > Company Settings in the left navigation menu of the Portal.

  2. Select the Recovery tab.

  3. Sort through the deleted forms and subforms to find what you want to recover. Then, select the Recover button and confirm.
