# How to recover a deleted form

To recover a deleted form or subform:

1. Go to **Account** > **Company Settings** in the left navigation menu of the Portal.
2. Select the **Recovery** tab.
3. Sort through the deleted forms and subforms to find what you want to recover. Then, select the **Recover** button and confirm.
