Overview
Submissions are the end product of form completion. A submission contains the final input data from the form and has the ability to hold rich media, such as photos, GPS locations, videos, and audio recordings. In the Submissions window in the Portal, you can:
Download your reports
Download the rich media attached to submitted forms
Unique IDs
Unique IDs are assigned to each submission, making them finite and traceable. In addition to the unique submission ID, you are also able to add a Display Mask.
Filters
To make navigating and retrieving submissions quicker, use filters. Filters let you sort by time, form name, user, and more to locate your data fast. Save these parameters in filters for future reference and ease of use.
View submissions in the mobile app
View your completed forms in the Submitted tab. From here, you can:
View and download PDF reports
Copy and edit a form
Create a new submission
Edit an existing submission
