I can narrow the KPI to measure the inspection errors to just one inspector by creating a custom filter. To create a new filter, go to the **Edit KPI screen**, then select the filter button at the bottom. ![Edit KPI screen with the filter button](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/Screen_Shot_2021-04-29_at_4.17.20_PM.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-30T12%3A07%3A50Z&se=2026-10-30T13%3A07%3A50Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=BAmtBfZ38qfDFlekVGpNXqSvmpxWxO5fBgUn9bU5KTk%3D) Select the **New Filter** button to begin: ![New Filter button in the KPI filter editor](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/Screen_Shot_2021-04-29_at_2.56.07_PM.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-30T12%3A07%3A50Z&se=2026-10-30T13%3A07%3A50Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=BAmtBfZ38qfDFlekVGpNXqSvmpxWxO5fBgUn9bU5KTk%3D) Here I will pick the specific inspector name in the value section to filter by: ![Selecting a filter value in the KPI editor](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/Screen_Shot_2021-04-29_at_4.16.07_PM.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-30T12%3A07%3A50Z&se=2026-10-30T13%3A07%3A50Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=BAmtBfZ38qfDFlekVGpNXqSvmpxWxO5fBgUn9bU5KTk%3D) Apply your changes and you will be able to sort your KPI by a single inspector. When Eric runs into an inspection issue, you will be notified.
