# Report Builder settings and metadata

## Report Settings

Apply additional settings to your report in the Report Builder:

- Show summary
- Print Enlarged
- Use SVG Render (BETA)
- Show field keys
- Show Field Label on Static
- Form Background Color
- Reset Report

## Metadata

Submission metadata is included below the field data in every custom report template. You will always be able to easily add the metadata along with your field data by selecting the **Submission Metadata** folder. Metadata values include: Submission ID, Account ID, Form ID, Form Name, Form Version, User ID, User Name, and Sequence Number.
