Under **When the following form is submitted**, choose a specific form or select **Any** to apply this workflow action to all forms account-wide. 4. You may either **choose an existing or new Quickbase integration**. Enter your **Quickbase App ID**. Select an available **Field Name** that you would like to store your report file in.
