What is a sequence number?

A sequence number is a unique identification number that is automatically assigned to each form submission. The number is generated sequentially in the order that the forms are submitted. This helps you better identify, track, and organize form submissions.

How to assign sequence numbers to a form

  1. While editing your desired form in the Form Builder, select the Advanced Options button in the top menu on the right. Advanced Options button in the Form Builder top menu
