This method is an alternative to fully [linking your Quickbase and FastField accounts for single sign-on (SSO)](/fastfield/docs/link-your-quickbase-and-fastfield-accounts-for-sso) from the Quickbase Admin Console. It uses a Quickbase [user token](https://helpv2.quickbase.com/hc/en-us/articles/4570308783380-User-Tokens) to connect FastField to your Quickbase realm. We recommend this set up if you want to connect with Quickbase, without using Quickbase single sign-on (SSO). After you set up a Quickbase integration, you can do things like: - [Import a Quickbase app's schema to a FastField form](/fastfield/docs/import-quickbase-app-schemas-to-fastfield-forms) - [Send FastField submissions to Quickbase](/fastfield/docs/send-fastfield-responses-to-quickbase-in-a-global-workflow) - [Create a Data Table connected to a Quickbase table](/fastfield/docs/data-tables-1) ## Set up a new integration ![Set Up FF QB Integration Steps.jpg](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/18092379806861?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-29T22%3A44%3A02Z&se=2026-10-29T23%3A44%3A02Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=ETIPxNadpl7j1fZo2vplPOZBf2ZMONozyDoCLOtfDkY%3D) 1. In FastField, expand the Workflow menu, and then select Integrations. 2. Select the **New Integration** button. 3. In the **Choose an integration** field, select **Send to Quickbase**. 4. Enter a name, [realm URL](/fastfield/docs/finding-your-quickbase-realm), and [user token](/fastfield/docs/finding-your-quickbase-user-token), and then select **Add**. This saves the integration and makes it available to use when setting up workflows, data tables, and more. ## Give permissions to other FastField admins and builders By default, a new Quickbase integration is only accessible by the admin or builder who created it. The person who creates the integration can share it with other FastField admins and builders. People with access to the integration can connect forms, data tables, and workflow actions to Quickbase. To give permission to specific admins and builders in your FastField account: 1. In FastField, expand the Workflow menu, and then select **Integrations**. 2. Edit an existing Quickbase integration (**Actions** > **Edit**) or create a new integration (**+** **New Integration**). 3. In the Permissions section, select **Manage permissions**. ![Manage permissions option for the Quickbase integration](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/31854362203661?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-29T22%3A44%3A02Z&se=2026-10-29T23%3A44%3A02Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=ETIPxNadpl7j1fZo2vplPOZBf2ZMONozyDoCLOtfDkY%3D) 4. Select **Add user** to add a user to your list of permitted users. You can remove or add a user to this list at any time. 5. Save your changes.
