# Set up your forms for Global Workflow

## Overview

When setting up your forms for [Global Workflow](/fastfield/docs/setting-up-your-forms-for-global-workflow#INTERNAL:4885282672525), it is necessary to organize and label your **field keys** universally. If your field keys are not in sync, the data will not be able to be seen or processed globally when defined as a condition.

## Setting up a condition in a workflow

When setting up a condition in a workflow, you can add a **governing variable** based on the **field key indicator**. For example, if you want to set up a workflow action based on the inspection scores in the entirety of the account. ## How to label field keys

To label your field keys:

1. Open your form in the **Form Builder**.
2. Select the field that you need to name.
3.
