Submit your first form

You can submit forms via the web application or the mobile app on iOS or Android.

To complete your form from the mobile app:

  1. Select the Forms button

  2. Next, select the form you want to complete. Then press Start Form.

  3. After you have completed your form, select the blue Submit button. Then, confirm your submission by selecting OK.
