# Submit your first form

You can submit forms via the web application or the mobile app on [iOS](https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fastfield-mobile-forms/id702967051?mt=8) or [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mergemobile.fastfield&hl=en_US).

To complete your form from the mobile app:

1. Select the **Forms** button

2. Next, select the form you want to complete. Then press **Start** **Form**.

3. After you have completed your form, select the blue **Submit** button. Then, confirm your submission by selecting **OK**.
