Overview
You can apply field keys to an email's subject line or body to provide it with unique data from your form. For example, you could set up an email with the following subject line: Completed Report for [client_name] on [date field]. The information in brackets would be populated by actual data input from the form. In this way, linking your fields to an email subject line or body is a way to add personalized content to your workflow email. You can apply this function either through individual Form Delivery Options or through Global Workflow.
