Upload multiple tasks

Overview

The Upload Multiple Tasks function is a way to mass dispatch a single task. By uploading an Excel file that contains a list of users, you can dispatch a task form to them simultaneously.  This is useful when you have the same type of task that you want to assign to multiple workers (perhaps at different locations). Instead of dispatching the task to each worker individually, you can use Upload Multiple Tasks to streamline the process.

How to upload multiple tasks

  1. Go to Form Sharing > Dispatch/Tasks in the Portal.

  2. Select the green + New Task button.

  3. Select Upload Multiple Tasks.
