By uploading an Excel file that contains a list of users, you can dispatch a task form to them simultaneously. This is useful when you have the same type of task that you want to assign to multiple workers (perhaps at different locations). Instead of dispatching the task to each worker individually, you can use **Upload Multiple Tasks** to streamline the process. ## How to upload multiple tasks 1. Go to **Form Sharing** > **Dispatch/Tasks** in the Portal. 2. Select the green **+ New Task** button. 3. Select **Upload Multiple Tasks**. ![Upload Multiple Tasks option in the New Task menu](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/16463618330509?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-30T06%3A59%3A30Z&se=2026-10-30T07%3A59%3A30Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=pWo4Dl%2FMJa7iITuvIPs0el2oh1JOwZSEItogyT14TO4%3D) **Details (Step 1 of 3)** - **Form:** Choose the form that you want to use for this task. - **Name:** Enter a name for this task (e.g., *Vehicle Inspection*). ![Details step showing form and name fields for the task](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/16462088918413?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-30T06%3A59%3A30Z&se=2026-10-30T07%3A59%3A30Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=pWo4Dl%2FMJa7iITuvIPs0el2oh1JOwZSEItogyT14TO4%3D) - **Excel File:** Upload an Excel file with your task recipients and any merge data. - Make sure there are no empty rows between recipients, as processing will stop at the first empty row. - Select **Sample Excel File** for a template and an example of the format. ![Sample Excel file template for uploading multiple tasks](https://cdn.document360.io/dd260e4e-10bb-4b66-8fb3-5504c272b904/Images/Documentation/image(110).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-30T06%3A59%3A30Z&se=2026-10-30T07%3A59%3A30Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=pWo4Dl%2FMJa7iITuvIPs0el2oh1JOwZSEItogyT14TO4%3D) > [!NOTE] > **Note** > > In the sample file, the fields in red are required.
