# User Activity

## Overview

FastField allows you to monitor users' activities within the Portal, such as **logins**, **logouts**, **role changes**, **data exports**, **user creations**, and more. This can help your organization increase transparency while improving data security and management.

## How to Monitor User Activity

To monitor a user's activity in your account:

1. Go to the **Team** tab in the left navigation menu of the Portal.
2. Select **My Users** > **Activity**.
3.
