# View and download submitted forms

To view and download your submitted forms, go to the **Submissions** tab (under Data & Analytics) in the FastField Portal.

To **view a report** on a submitted form:

- Select anywhere on the row where the submission is listed.
- Or select **Action** > **View Report**.

To **download** an ***individual* submitted form**:

- Select **Action** > **Download*.***

To **download *multiple* submitted forms**:

- **Check off** the forms you would like to download.
- Select the **Download** button in the top right corner.

You can also **download specific media** from your form submissions via the download menu:

- Select the **Download Media** button at the bottom of the Download menu to view options.

If you are downloading larger files that take longer to download, select the **Email me when it's finished** button to be emailed when the download is complete.
