# View form details

## Overview

The Form Details screen allows you to:

- View form data from the last 30 days, including **submission data**, **previous versions**, and **workflow**.
- View and edit associated **Libraries**, **Subforms**, and **Lists.**
- View any associated **Custom Report Templates** with the ability to create a **New Report**.

## How to view form details

1. Select **My Forms** > **Forms** from the left navigation menu of the Portal.
2. In **Table Layout** view, select **Action** > **Form Details**.
