Setup instructions

Before you begin, make sure you have a user token linked to the Quickbase app where you want to use this extension. To create a user token, follow the instructions for creating a user token.

Log in to the Extensions Portal

Start the extension trial

  • Once logged in, select Start Trial under the S3 Multifile extension tile.

Complete the setup wizard

a) Enter your user token in the box.

b) Select the Application you want to authorize from the dropdown menu.

c) Select the table you want to set the extension up in. If you want to override your S3 bucket name, you can do so by entering a new name in the corresponding text box. Select the Store File Details in Quickbase checkbox if you want to store information relating to the files directly in Quickbase. Lastly, enter the name of the table where you want to store the S3 file details.

d) Once you have entered all the needed details, select Finish. A confirmation page then appears, showing all the new fields and tables created.
