The confirmation page
The Finish step shows, from top to bottom:

What the wizard created
Fields on the table you chose
The wizard adds about 25 fields to the table you chose in Select Table to Setup. If you entered a Prefix for Labels, every name below starts with that prefix.
Field | Type | What it's for |
|---|---|---|
Send to Docusign | Formula - Text, with Allow some HTML tags | The button that creates the envelope and sends the document for signature, in a pop-up window. While the file field is empty, it shows Upload File to Send via Docusign in red instead. |
Refresh | Formula - Text, with Allow some HTML tags | A Refresh until the document appears link, to reload the record while the signed document comes back. |
Your file field and signer fields | File Attachment, Text | Only the ones you chose Create a Field for: the file to be signed, and each signer's name and email address fields. |

Console Error Details | Text | Background runs write error details here. |
For background runs, the wizard also creates a batch configuration for your app and adds its configid to Docusign Batch Arguments. See Batch Config Portal overview.
Created tables
Table | Type | What it's for |
|---|---|---|
Docusign Management | Table, related to the table you chose | One record per envelope: Envelope Name, Envelope ID, Envelope Status, Envelope Subject, Completed Date, and the reminder and expiration settings. It doesn't hold the files: fields such as Signed document fafid and Signed document s3keyfid store the field IDs (and Amazon S3 keys) that tell Docusign for Quickbase where the signed, merged, and certificate files are saved. Buttons: Get Envelope Status, Void Envelope (shown as Void Agreement), and Add CC Recipient. |
Docusign Recipients | Table, related to Docusign Management | One record per recipient of an envelope: Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Order, Status, and the sent, delivered, signed, and declined dates. Buttons: Change Recipient, Delete a Recipient, Re-send Envelope, and Request Signing Page. |
Docusign Recipient Tags | Table, related to Document Templates | The Docusign tags (tabs) to place on each template, such as Sign Here, Date Signed, and Text, with their position, font, and other properties. See Docusign Recipient Tags. |
Document Templates | Table | Created only if your app doesn't have one yet. The wizard adds an Add New Docusign Recipient Tag button and a Docusign Recipient Tags report link to it. If you left Record ID# of Document Template blank, it also adds a sample template with sample recipient tags. |
The wizard doesn't create an email notification for background runs.
