You are able to download multiple files at a time using the Document Portal. This means that all the files you would like to download at once are zipped together into a .zip file and downloaded.
To do this, first, you must select multiple files in the Document Portal at once. If you are using a desktop, you can select multiple files at once by dragging your cursor over them (selection box) or by holding control/command on your keyboard while clicking. On a mobile device, you can touch each of the files in the grid—it is multi-select by default. Selected rows are highlighted blue.
Next, press Download (the cloud with a down arrow icon in the button bar). Document Portal zips the files together and downloads them to your device as Files.zip, and a green Download Success. message appears at the bottom of the grid.
Note
If you want to download multiple files individually, you have to download them one at a time. Many modern browsers disallow multiple downloads at once for security reasons, so we implemented the zip feature to allow users to download multiple files if needed.
