That address is built from your account's email prefix and ends in `@juicedsign.net`. See [Account settings and senders](/quickbase-extensions/docs/management-portal). - **Replies** go to the sender's own email address. - **Logo**: if your account has a **Brand Image URL**, your logo appears at the top of every email. - **Subject**: the signing request, reminder, and copy emails use the agreement's subject from your record, if there is one. The other emails use a fixed subject. - **Footer**: every email to a recipient shows the agreement ID, asks them to add the sending address to their safe senders list, and has an **Unsubscribe** link. Unsubscribing also declines the agreement. See [Unsubscribe and resubscribe](/quickbase-extensions/docs/unsubscribe-option). - Dates in emails, like the expiration date, don't show a time zone. ## Emails to recipients | Email | Subject | Who gets it, and when | What's in it | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | **Signing request** | Your subject, or *Signature Request : has requested you to sign * | Each signer, when it's their turn. In-person signers get none. | The **Click to review** button, sender email, document name, expiration date, your message (*Note from the sender*), and the access token. See [The signing experience](/quickbase-extensions/docs/the-signing-interface#emails). | | **Access code** | *Your JuicedSign Document Access Code for the Agreement - * | Signers with an access code, right after their signing request, and again when you resend. | The code. See [Access codes](/quickbase-extensions/docs/access-codes). | | **Reminder** | *Reminder -* and the signing request's subject | The signers whose turn it is and who haven't finished, while the agreement is still open. See [Reminders and expiration](/quickbase-extensions/docs/email-messaging#reminders). | The same as the signing request. | | **Expiration warning** | *Expiration warning : Expiration warning with JuicedSign * | The signers whose turn it is and who haven't finished, a set number of days before the agreement expires. | **Click to review**, your message, and *This document will expire on *. | | **Copy** | Your subject, or *Signature Request : has requested you to view * | Receive a Copy recipients, when their place in the signing order is reached. | The document as it is at that point, attached as a PDF. A copy recipient who comes last in the order gets only the completed email. | | **Completed** | *Completed : was Completed using JuicedSign* | Every recipient, including copy recipients, when the last one finishes. | *All parties have completed signing…* with the signed document attached. The certificate isn't attached; see [Certificate of completion](/quickbase-extensions/docs/email-messaging#certificate). | | **Declined** | *Declined : Complete with JuicedSign * | The sender, and the recipients up to the current signing order, except the person who declined. | Who declined, and their reason. | | **Voided** | *Voided : Complete with JuicedSign * | The recipients up to the current signing order, when the sender voids the agreement or a recipient chooses Print & Sign. | The reason. For Print & Sign, it's *Opted To Print And Sign Offline*. | | **Expired** | *Expired : Expired with JuicedSign * | The recipients up to the current signing order, when the expiration date is reached. | That the agreement expired, and when. | Recipients later in the signing order never get emails for an agreement that is declined, voided, or expired before their turn. ## Emails to the sender | Email | Subject | When | What to do | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | **Reset access code** | *Reset JuicedSign Security Access Code for : * | A recipient entered the wrong access code 5 times. | Select **Click to reset counter**. See [Access codes](/quickbase-extensions/docs/access-codes#reset-the-counter). | | **Default value problem** | *JuicedSign Agreement - default tag value error details* | JuicedSign couldn't fill in a tag's default value from your record when the recipient opened the agreement. | Check the **QBDefaultfid** fields of that recipient's tags, then resend the agreement. See [Document tags](/quickbase-extensions/docs/document-tags#data). | | **Save problem** | *JuicedSign Agreement - Quickbase update field error details* | The recipient finished, but JuicedSign couldn't save what they entered to your table. | Check the **QBUpdatefid** fields of that recipient's tags. The email shows the error and which recipient it was. | The sender also gets the Declined email, and the Completed email if they're one of the recipients. ## Reminders and expiration - JuicedSign checks once a day for reminders, expiration warnings, and expired agreements. - The first reminder goes out **Reminder Delay** days after the agreement is sent, then every **Reminder Frequency** days. - The expiration warning goes out **Expire Warning** days before the agreement expires. The agreement expires **Expire After** days after it's sent. - A reminder is the signing request email again, with the same link. - Reminders and warnings go only to the signers whose turn it is: they've been emailed and haven't finished. Signers later in the signing order and Receive a Copy recipients don't get them. - Reminders stop once the agreement is completed, declined, voided, or expired. No reminder or warning goes out on the day the agreement expires. - To set the days, see [Button parameters](/quickbase-extensions/docs/send-to-juicedsign-button-parameters#reminders-and-expiration). For one-off reminders, use **Resend Email**. See [Manage agreements](/quickbase-extensions/docs/manage-agreements#resend). ## Certificate of completion When the last recipient finishes, JuicedSign creates a certificate of completion: a two-page PDF that records how the agreement was signed. ### What's on it - **Agreement information**: agreement ID, subject, status, time zone, number of recipients, number of signers, and number of copy recipients. - **Sender information**: company, name, and email. - **Recipient information**, in signing order: name, email, IP address, the date and time the agreement was delivered, opened, and signed, and the adopted signature. - **Recipient terms and conditions** (page 2): the consent to sign electronically that recipients agreed to. - Approvers don't appear on the certificate. See [Approve or Decline](/quickbase-extensions/docs/document-tags#approve-or-decline). ### Where it's saved - JuicedSign saves the certificate to your record, as you set it in **Signed Document Info**: - **Merged**: the signed document with the certificate added as its last two pages. - **Separate**: the signed document and the certificate as two files. - Or the signed document only, with no certificate. - See [The signed document](/quickbase-extensions/docs/send-to-juicedsign-button-parameters#signed-document). - The completed email attaches the signed document only, not the certificate.
