When setting up QB Maps in your application, you are greeted by the QB Maps Step.
Here, we have 2 types of setups:
Location Table - You access QB Maps via the QB Maps Table, and it shows all the Location Records' Addresses that apply to the query.
Location and Radius Table - You access QB Maps via the Radius table, and it shows all the Location Records' Addresses that apply to both the query and that fit within the given radius to the Radius Record's address.
First, we go over the Location Table options:

Address Table - This is the table that contains the addresses for QB Maps.
Address Field - This is the field that contains the address for the map.
Location Name Field - This is the name that is displayed for the given address.
Select 3 Fields for Pins - These are 3 fields whose values are displayed on each of the pins.
Build a Query - This query decides which Address Table Records are shown when using QB Maps.
Use Radius Table - This checkbox denotes which type of setup you would like.
Now, for the Radius Table Setup:

Radius Table - This is the table that contains the Radius Address for QB Maps, and where QB Maps is launched from.
Bounding Radius - This is the distance in which addresses from the Location Table are shown in QB Maps. Anything within the Bounding Radius (in miles) from the Radius Address is shown.
Radius Address Field - This is the field that contains the radius address for the map that is the center-point of the radius.
Radius Location Name Field - This is the name that is displayed for the given radius address.
Select 3 Fields for Pins - These are 3 fields whose values are displayed on the radius pin.
