You can open them from two places. Both open the help pages in a new browser tab, so the portal stays open. ### From the extension's page 1. Sign in to the [Extensions Portal](/quickbase-extensions/docs/juiced-cloud-overview#sign-in-to-the-extensions-portal). 2. Open the extension's page in either of these ways: - Select **Browse Extensions** in the left menu, then select the extension's tile. - On **My Extensions**, select **Open** next to the extension. 3. At the top right of the page, select **Documentation**. ### From the Info window 1. Select **Browse Extensions** in the left menu. 2. On the extension's tile, select **Info**. 3. Under **Documentation**, select **Documentation Link**. ### If the link doesn't open - If you see *URL not available.*, the extension doesn't have a documentation link set up yet. Browse this help site for the extension instead. - If nothing happens, your browser may be blocking pop-ups. Allow pop-ups for the Extensions Portal, then try again. For more about tiles, the Info window, and extension pages, see [Extension tiles and pages](/quickbase-extensions/docs/add-on-tile-info).
