Enter your Esendex DID in **Phone Number**. Include the country code. Only digits are kept, and the number must be 11 to 15 digits long (a 10-digit number is treated as a U.S. or Canada number and a leading 1 is added). If the number isn't valid, the configuration won't save and you'll see *The Esendex Phone Number given is not valid.* 2. Turn on the **International DID** switch. Turn it on only if you want to send or receive international texts, specifically if your Esendex DID is outside the U.S. or Canada. - The **License Key** on this tab is read-only. If it needs to change, submit a [technical support case](https://help.quickbase.com/docs/get-help-from-quickbase-technical-support). - Esendex does not allow MMS messaging for most international messaging, meaning that you cannot send or receive images or files from inbound or outbound texts in some countries.
