QB Signatures DIY wizard installation

Install Signatures into any of your Quickbase applications or tables.

Give yourself a live signing pad you can use in the field or internally. Then, choose to include these signatures on your Exact Forms Plus documents.

Note

Follow the tutorial steps to learn how to install signatures into your applications using our Setup Wizard from the Extensions Portal.

1. Log into the Extensions Portal

2. Navigate to QB Signatures, and select Start Trial if you're new to the extension. If you're not new, select Authorize New Application or Setup Another Table.

3. Enter a new user token assigned to your desired application, or select from your existing user tokens. (This step is skipped when you're setting up another table.)

You then see a confirmation page that shows what was added to your application.

If you go to that table after this is done, you see these fields added to the end of your form. (If fields aren't automatically added to your form, you need to customize your form to see them.)
