That is the only way to create a new support ticket. ## The Support section in the Extensions Portal - If you see **Support** in the portal's left menu, it's because you have legacy support tickets from our previous ticketing system. - The section is for viewing those legacy tickets only. - You can't create new tickets here. The **Create a new support ticket** button is disabled, and its tooltip reads *To create a support ticket, please raise one directly with Quickbase support.* ## View your legacy tickets 1. Sign in to the [Extensions Portal](/quickbase-extensions/docs/juiced-cloud-overview) and select **Support** in the left menu. 2. The top of the page shows **Total Tickets** and **Total Open Tickets**. 3. The **Ticket List** shows one row per ticket: | Column | What it shows | | --- | --- | | **ID** | The ticket number. | | **Subject** | The ticket's subject. | | **Add-On** | The extension the ticket is about. | | **Date Modified** | When the ticket was last updated. | | **Create By** | Who created the ticket. | | **Support Ticket Documents** | Select **Documents** to open the files attached to the ticket. A dash (**-**) means the ticket has no documents. | | **Status** | **Open** or **Completed**. | 4. Open a ticket to see its details and its **Activity** history.
