The current release of Quick Base is supported on the following browsers:
Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 11 (download latest version)
Note: Support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and 10 was discontinued on March 31, 2018. Support for Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 was discontinued in January 2016. You can still use Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, 9 &10 to access Quick Base, but any changes released after support was discontinued are not guaranteed to be functional.
If you still use Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, you should turn off Compatibility View.Click Tools > Compatibility View Settings, remove quickbase.com from the list of websites, and uncheck the setting "Display all websites in Compatibility View."
(Windows only) Mozilla Firefox (download latest version)
Safari (Get the latest version through the Software Update command, available through the Apple menu on OS X.)
(Windows only) Google Chrome (download latest version)

While we don't test Quick Base on all browsers, we do expect that it works properly with other browsers that support HTML5, but are not on our list. As a general rule, the more recent versions of browsers have better support for the technologies used in today's web applications. Therefore, you'll experience better performance with Quick Base (and with other web applications) if you use the most recent version of your browser.
No matter what browser you use, you need to:
Enable cookies. Refer to your browser's help for information about enabling cookies (many modern browsers enable them by default).
Use a browser that supports the TLS 1.2 or above encryption protocol automatically. Quick Base will not work with any browser that does not support TLS 1.2 or above.
